Getting Started

Once we’ve discussed your goals during a consultation or prior to beginning training sessions, I will provide a training contract for review. The completed contract must be returned via email before any sessions can be scheduled or invoices issued.

For your convenience, payment is accepted through Square, using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
